Club Communication
The club recognises the importance of keeping members informed and giving members the chance to
influence the way the club operates. This is achieved by:
- Information displayed inside and outside the clubhouse on notice boards
- Notification of committee meeting dates enabling issues to be raised
- AGM - a meeting for all members held in November each year
- E-mail/postal updates on events, activities and other club matters
- AGM and committee meeting minutes issued to all members
- Opportunity to contact committee members (see Who’s Who) at any time about club issues
- Club events calendar
