Existing Members
The club currently has approximately 70 adult members, 9 student members,
26 junior members and 7 non-playing members drawn mainly from Plumpton Green and surrounding villages.
There are also members from Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Brighton and Hove.
There is no membership restriction based on home address. Each new member is
issued with the names and contact information of the other members
(although members can request that this information is withheld if they wish).
Benefits of Membership
As a club member you can enjoy using the club’s three top quality tennis courts,
7 days a week 365 days a year. This includes the ability to play through the winter
using floodlights. The club caters for all standards including beginners, veterans,
doubles players and those wanting to play against other clubs. Please read on for
more details of the club facilities.
Encouraging New Members
Sometimes it is a difficult decision for people to ‘take the plunge’ and join a new club.
In order to help, the club invites prospective members to come along and join in club
sessions. We can also put prospective new members in touch with an existing member
who would provide an introduction to the club, with a tour and even a set of tennis or two.
Of course, existing members are encouraged to introduce their family, friends and
neighbours to the club. Anybody interested should contact the membership secretary
